The no dilate method makes your appointment fast and easy. The first time I went for an appointment ... years back they discovered the curvature of my contact was slightly off. This fix made it so I can not tell I have them in, except for the improvement to sight of course.

I came in today for the first time to have an eye exam and I was really impressed with the cleanline... ss of the facility, the selection of eyeglasses, the quality of service provided, and the level of professionalism from the team. Making the appointment online was seamless and they were able to move my appointment to an earlier time even though I called in on the day of, which is greatly appreciated. The Dr. was thorough in all that he did and his explanations regarding my exam. Nick also did an amazing job assisting me with finding the perfect pair of eyeglasses within my budget. He was also very thorough and transparent when addressing my questions and concerns regarding pricing / insurance coverage. Typically I feel like just another customer, but Optique had a very welcoming feel— I would highly recommend coming to this location for your needs!

Incredible!!! The staff is very attentive and friendly. I have a very unique prescription (Keratocon... us & Astigmatism) and finding the right frames and avoiding super thick lenses has been a nightmare for me in the past. Not only did the staff help me find the perfect frames, they suggested the much needed add ons, without resulting in thick lenses (and I have new sunglasses as well)! My script is perfect and I absolutely love my new glasses! If you’re looking for a new place to shop for eye care, I highly recommend Optique!

Visiting from out of town, my husband woke up with a swollen eye ! I called and Optique was able to ... get us in on a Saturday morning!! The staff and doctor were wonderful ! Dr. Zellers and staff were awesome!! They answered all my questions I had since I am new to glasses ... and did so with a smile. Process was super easy, wait time was short, and after ordering my glasses, they came in early! Also had a pleasant experience when I went back to pick up my glasses and get them fitted. Would definitely recommend going to Optique if you're new to glasses, just want a check up, or have been wearing glasses for years.

Everyone is amazing at this office. They are so very helpful and patient. Dr. Zellers is very know... ledgeable and shares it with you, especially if you ask questions. I wear contacts, work on a computer everyday for hours and still need readers most of the time. His solution has changed my life. I also wear my glasses sometimes to give my eyes a rest from contacts. Best office in Dallas in my opinion. I've been going to this office since Dr. Orm was located on Montfort, then in Valley View Mall, and now near downtown on McKinney. That's almost 25 years.

It’s the attentiveness & thoroughness for me! My daughter had a medical eye 911 that turned out to... be a corneal ulcer. They saw her for a same day appt., addressed the issue and scheduled the follow up a few days later. I’ve since referred my other 2 children and peers. The staff are nice and the selection is grand. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable eye dr, this is the place to go!
